1. Eligibility

You must be 18+ and have authority to enter binding contracts. Comply with Indian laws.

2. Products & Orders

• Anime merchandise, figures, apparel sold "as-is". Check descriptions carefully.
• Orders confirmed via email. Prices exclude shipping taxes.
• We reserve right to cancel orders or limit quantities.

3. Payments

• Secure payments via cards, UPI, netbanking.
• All transactions final unless defective/unopened per refund policy.
• Provide accurate billing/shipping info.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Ships from Kolhapur, Maharashtra to pan-India.
• Delivery 5-10 days. Track via email.
• Shipping non-refundable.

5. Refunds

• 7 days for unopened items (10% restocking fee).
• 15 days for defects (after inspection).
• Processed to original payment in 5-7 days.

6. Prohibited

• No fraud, reverse engineering, spam, harassment.
• No resale without permission.
• No illegal content or counterfeit anime items.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability limited to refund price. No consequential damages. User indemnifies us.

8. Governing Law

Indian laws apply. Disputes arbitrated in Kolhapur per Arbitration Act, 1996.
